• Support the Industrial Engineering team in data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve process efficiency

• Assist in time studies, workflow analysis, and ergonomic layout updates

• Track and analyze data using SAP, Excel, or Power BI

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and engineering-related initiatives

• Support the coordination and administration of digital transformation work packages

• 3rd or 4th-year student in Industrial Engineering

• Good command of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; proactive and positive mindset

• Curious and eager to learn, staying updated on industry trends and sharing ideas with the team

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud) is preferred

• Very good command of Turkish and English
