• Responsible for SC component, e.g. ASIC, Sensor… related cases handling with internal supplier, ECU complaints from OEM customer (0-Km, Field)

• Customer communication and reporting w/ equiped component, ECU and system knowledge.

• Customer escalation management

• System tracking and driving internal supplier quality improvement.

• Be able to lead critical case handling as global task force leader with experienced problem-solving skills and project management method.

• Quality Statistics, Reporting.

• Other tasks as defined by Quality Manager

• Bachelor in Electronic or Mechanic Engineering

• 5 years working experience in semiconductor industry

• International standards of electronic component qualification

• Semiconductor manufacturing processes

• Quality management standard & tools, statistical methods

• Semiconductor device / ECU test concept

• Good communication skills

• Fluent English
