This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of critical sourcing, negotiation, and supplier contract management activities within our dynamic supply chain. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials, driving cost savings, and building strong supplier partnerships as #We Move ToWin.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Design, plan, and implement effective sourcing and stocking strategies to optimize our supply chain and achieve business objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day purchase order creation and maintenance using SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead high-stakes negotiations with 3rd party vendors on pricing, delivery terms, and service agreements. You'll manage the full lifecycle of supplier contracts, including the review and negotiation of NDAs, MSAs, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers, managing performance, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to guarantee optimal delivery and cost performance.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Track key metrics, analyze data related to quality, quantity, stock levels, and transport costs, using insights to drive continuous improvement and achieve targeted cost savings.
  • Compliance: Uphold and guarantee internal compliance standards as well with all Health, Safety, and Environment policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a purchasing or supply chain role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiating complex terms and conditions with diverse suppliers.
  • Strong understanding of supplier contract management principles, including the review and negotiation of NDAs, supply agreements, and service level agreements.
  • Experience in designing and implementing sourcing and inventory strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of using data to drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in SAP and intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of Health, Safety, and Environment.
