We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Product Management to join our Accounting and Admin Covert Change team. This role is located in London

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead the development and execution of product strategies by demonstrating expertise in POM Product Management, ensuring alignment with BNY's strategic objectives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and roadmap, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of product enhancements

• Drive product innovation by incorporating client feedback and industry trends, thereby enhancing product offerings and maintaining competitive advantage

• Prioritize and manage product backlog in alignment with business goals, ensuring timely and successful product releases.

• Facilitate agile development processes by providing clear guidance and decision-making to ensure efficient product delivery.

• Monitor product performance and metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future product strategies.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

• Advanced degree preferred.

• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills to drive product vision and execution

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools.
