We’re seeking a hands-on analytics team member for the role of Vice President, Metrics and Analytics to join our Internal Audit Analytics and Innovation team to drive digital transformation across audit analytics. This role is located in Chennai.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Engage with auditors for analytic support around audits, continuous monitoring
-
Experienced in AI/ML, Data Science and Analytics and driving the use of AI, Machine Learning, and Gen/Agentic AI to transform Internal Audit. The role will own end-to-end delivery of Analytic/AI/data solutions by engaging with Audit Stakeholders. The role will be expected to manage stakeholders, build scalable, reusable analytics assets and dashboards that enable self-service and measurable business outcomes.

Have hands-on experience of working for an agile team and deliver production ready functionalities

Work independently and build application requirements end-to-end

Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
-
Demonstrate aptitude to pick up new technologies/frameworks as required and be an excellent team player

Develop reusable analytics solutions leveraging Python, Streamlit, Tableau to support various aspects within Internal Audit, ensuring scripts adhere to secure coding practices enforced by BNY
-
Set up data pipelines as needed for solutions and ensure quality and integrity of incoming data

Establish and enforce data quality, documentation standards, and controls across reporting and audit analytics solutions

Present outcomes and insights to leadership; track KPIs/OKRs and continuously improve processes via automation and data-driven decisioning

Proven ability to deliver production-ready analytics solutions in an agile environment
