Vice President, Business Technology Liaison

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Technology Liaison to join our Application Delivery Services team. This role is located in Wroclaw.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

Incident Management

  • Triage, analyze and record problems
  • Filter non-system issues; advise users on workarounds
  • Communicate status, escalate to vendors when needed
  • Track trends and implement preventive measures

Release Management

  • Plan and coordinate releases with Europe and vendors
  • Review release notes; manage functional, regression & UAT testing
  • Secure sign-offs and schedule deployments 

Vendor Management

  • Log operational issues and outages
  • Maintain vendor relationships and support contracts
  • Participate in vendor governance processes

Project & Testing Support

  • Translate business requirements into functional specs
  • Develop/run test scripts; report results and feedback
  • Train users and ensure smooth handover to support teams
  • Identify opportunities for better system use

Documentation & Governance

  • Author SLAs, incident procedures, support guides
  • Keep procedures up to date with system enhancements

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

Core Qualifications
• 0–3 years in business service or application support, ideally in Fund Admin (valuations, accounts)
• Strong MS Excel, Project, Word & Visio skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and time-management abilities
• Clear oral/written communication and stakeholder management
• Proactive, adaptable team player with leadership aptitude
