As part of a passionate and accomplished team specializing in testing pressurized and cryogenic components and subsystems, you will be working at the intersection of program management, engineering, testing, and integrated supply chain organizations, improving team effectiveness and coordination, and ensuring that the right people are working together to solve problems and deliver high quality test results on time.

This position is fixed to a 12-month term.

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary development projects, including managing requirements, priorities, scope, schedule, and cost
  • Able to quickly build and navigate a professional network within a new organization, including with Responsible Engineers, buyers, other embedded TPMs, and other support personnel
  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-starter with strong bias for action and sense of ownership
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA or M.S. in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or systems engineering
  • Experience with launch vehicle development, production, and operations and aerospace qualification test programs
  • Experience with verification, integration, and test of orbital launch vehicles or human rated spacecraft
  • Demonstrated success working with suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high quality products
  • Knowledge of fluid components such as valves, regulators, actuators, servo-valves, flexible elements, and fittings, as well as test specific instrumentation
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
