Aladdin Data partners closely with key stakeholders including Portfolio Management, Global Capital Markets, Relationship Management, Portfolio Compliance, Risk Analytics, Regulatory Reporting, and other groups to ensure business data needs are met with the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.

We are seeking a high performing Vice President to join the Data Client Servicesteam in Singapore. DCS is a centralized, client facing organization responsible for supporting Aladdin users globally across fixed income, equity, and alternatives products. The team combines deep expertise with strong investment process knowledge to deliver premium client service to our rapidly growing global client base.

Role Responsibilities

  • Champion a premium client servicing model, ensuring consistently high-quality support for Aladdin clients through Green Package data analysis.
  • Develop a good understanding of the investment management lifecycle and how clients demonstrate Aladdin data and analytics in their daily workflows.
  • Proactively manage client expectations, resolve complex queries, and act as a trusted point of escalation.
  • Lead and develop the Singapore-based Data Client Services group, encouraging a high performance, inclusive, and client centric culture.
  • Coach, mentor, and retain top talent while building future leaders within the organization.
  • Set clear goals, accountability frameworks, and performance standards aligned with business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal partners across Aladdin Data, Product, Engineering, Portfolio Management, Risk, and Operations.
  • Navigate a complex global organization to ensure timely and effective resolution of client requests.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a regional representative for DCS.

Strategic & Project Leadership

  • Drive and contribute to central initiatives, including data, technology, and process transformation projects.
  • Partner with teams across multiple functions to identify inefficiencies, scale operations, and improve client outcomes through automation and innovation.
  • Provide thought leadership on improving service models, workflows, and operating practices.

Technical & Process Expertise

  • Apply technical expertise to streamline nonstandard processes and enable scalable, repeatable solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate systems, processes, and controls to identify opportunities for improvement and risk reduction.

Responsibilities

  • Support client and user requests related to Green Package analytics, including fixing and explaining investment related data, models, and workflows (e.g., VaR, Tracking Error, risk models).
  • Engage with end users across all levels, from Portfolio and Risk Managers to Operations and Analytics teams.
  • Build strong working relationships with portfolio managers, risk managers, financial engineers, and analytics teams.
  • Communicate Aladdin and Green Package capabilities clearly and effectively to internal and external clients.
  • Participate in project work, partnering with Aladdin Data teams to deliver innovative solutions to complex client demands.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance**, Engineering, Technology,** or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally within investment management, financial technology, risk analytics, or a client facing data role.
  • Solid understanding of Fixed Income, Equities, and Derivatives, with familiarity in risk analytics such as Duration, Spreads, Beta, and VaR.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and lead change.
  • Demonstrable experience evaluating systems and processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements.
  • Technical proficiency with SQL, UNIX, and/or programming languages such as Python.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior collaborators.
  • Detail oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast paced, global environment.
  • Strong client focus, collaborative attitude, and a positive, team oriented approach.
  • A genuine curiosity for markets and technology — a true student of both.
