As Gas Technology Services (GTS) Supplier Quality Engineer, you will act as Supplier Quality representative in the GTS and Procurement continuous improvement initiatives. You will build relationships with internal teams and suppliers to ensure successful delivery. You will ensure supplier quality to global standards and lead continuous improvement where there are performance issues.

Partner with the best Key responsibilities:

• Program management: leading strategic initiatives aimed to continuous improvement in Supplier Quality for Services (e.g. Repair), revamp processes and procedures, present regular updates.

• Supply Risk management: contributing actively to spread the risk-based thinking and fit-for-purpose mindset through supporting the Services Commodities and Projects; guide suppliers in quality issue resolution and recovery plans when needed.

• Supplier management: partnering with suppliers for building CI capability across the Services supply base through structured problem-solving and surveillance audits.

• Communication: ensuring a strong connection between suppliers and internal execution teams to support quality, on-time delivery and responsiveness.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will :

• Have a Master degree in Engineering or equivalent

• Have a data driven mindset and apply statistical methods

• Have experience in leading programs / projects.

• Have experience in dealing with suppliers.

• Knowledge of the turbomachinery market and repairs

• Be able to travel domestic and internationally.

• Previous and proven experience in conducting audits according to ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001 Hands-on experience with supplier assessment methodologies and quality management systems
