Partner with the best

As a Principal Engineer, you will support development through individual and teamwork. The qualified candidate will lead efforts on assigned task from concept requirement to validation testing and commercial release. The position may also include opportunities for leadership responsibilities in a team of early and mid-career engineers.

As a Principal Engineer**, you will be responsible for:**

  • Leading a team of early to mid-career electrical engineers on electrical developments of medium to high complexity.

  • Capturing electrical design specifications, generating requirements, executing design and design validation followed by commercial release

  • Participating actively in electrical design as well as mentoring less experienced team members

  • Interfacing technically with multinational and cross-functional teams across the globe

  • Sharing knowledge gained in projects through updating documentation and best-practice improvements

  • Have higher education from an accredited college

  • Have fluent in English and Portuguese

  • Have solid project management skills and the ability to lead and deliver successful projects or programs

  • Have new product introduction experience

  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with teams, customers and stakeholders
