• As a Field Specialist

• LWD (Logging While Drilling) you will be responsible for providing LWD solutions at well sites. You will work under general supervision, collaborating closely with the Directional Drilling team. Utilizing computers, you'll perform site surveys, monitor surface and formation evaluation services for wells during the drilling process.

• As a Field Specialist

• Logging / Measurement while Drilling, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operate MWD/LWD tools and surface equipment on the rig site

• Working in difficult drilling and logging environments to provide complex solutions to the Customer.

• Being responsible for the maintenance, testing, repair of electronic assemblies used for Logging while Drilling activities

• Interpreting down-hole measurements, including trajectory (inclination/azimuth) and formation evaluation logs.

• Maintaining inventory of MWD/LWD tools and spare parts and ensure proper handling.

• Supervising rig-up and rig-down of surface systems and down-hole tools.

• Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a technical degree or equivalent
• Have minimum 3 years of experience in Logging/ Measurement while drilling activities
• Have fluent Kazakh/Russian and minimum intermediate Englidh
• Demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills
• Be able to work and communicate well with others
• Be able to relate to well site personnel at all levels, be a dedicated team member
• Demonstrate leadership capability
