This position ensures Baker Hughes CWI can deliver flawless execution through involvement in preplanning, job execution, and post job analysis. This position delivers a completion technical job program or applications design that maximizes our opportunity to meet the job objectives in line with the contract terms and conditions.

To Prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Develops sales plan for a specific region.
As a Sales Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Develop proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
- Handles products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customization within guidelines can be done.
- Contributes to frameworks for prices and conditions. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
- Handles diverse clients in a region. Cooperates with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
- Leads a department with large, estimated orders. Handles local focus on medium size territory.

To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 6 to 8 years of experience in Completion & Well Intervention.

Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Sales.

Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.

Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
