Overall Purpose: Design, manage, and evolve marketing technology solutions by owning the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem. This role ensures AEP capabilities are delivered in a scalable, governed, and value‑driven manner through close collaboration with cross‑functional partners, including technology, analytics, privacy, and marketing teams.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Platform Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Adobe Experience Platform, including RTCDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and related Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.

  • Translate marketing strategies and business objectives into prioritized platform capabilities, use‑case patterns, and phased delivery plans.

  • Balance immediate marketing needs with long‑term platform scalability, governance, and reuse.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

  • Act as the primary product interface between Marketing and the Technology organization responsible for technical integrations and platform implementation.

  • Partner with domain product owners (CDP, AJO, CJA) to align priorities, dependencies, and sequencing across the platform.

  • Facilitate decision‑making across stakeholders to resolve tradeoffs related to scope, timing, and platform impact.

Platform Ownership & Agile Delivery:

  • Maintain a platform‑level backlog and ensure alignment across related product backlogs.

  • Participate in PI planning, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement to ensure delivery aligns with product strategy.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the voice of the marketing client, ensuring platform capabilities align to marketer workflows and business needs.

  • Engage with marketing, analytics, and marketing teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure readiness for adoption.

  • Communicate platform roadmap, progress, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.

Adoption, Value Realization & Measurement

  • Define success metrics and KPIs for platform adoption, business impact, and time‑to‑value.

  • Track and communicate the value delivered by platform capabilities through regular reporting and insights.

  • Identify adoption gaps and partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

An experienced professional recognized for strong product judgment and platform ownership. Resolves complex, cross‑functional challenges with broad knowledge of marketing technology and customer experience platforms. Operates with autonomy, leads significant initiatives, influences strategic decisions, and collaborates regularly with senior stakeholders. Supports and mentors product owners and team members, contributing to long‑term platform maturity and organizational impact.

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required.

  • 5–7 years of experience in product management, marketing technology, digital platforms, or customer experience solutions.

  • Experience owning or managing platform‑level products in a matrixed organization.

  • Familiarity with customer data platforms, journey orchestration, analytics, and personalization ecosystems (Adobe Experience Platform experience preferred).

  • Agile or product management certifications a plus.

Our Lead Product Technology - Adobe Experience Platform earns between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
