Job overview

You’ll play a critical role in advancing AT&T’s Wireline Transformation and Supply Chain (WTSC) Strategy Team. As a Strategy Analyst, you’ll support collaborative problem-solving and provide analytical expertise to help shape billions of dollars in investments, drive cost transformation, and implement best-in-class practices across AT&T’s expansive supply chain and networks. What you’ll do

  • Analyze complex internal business problems and develop actionable solutions to drive business transformation.
  • Gather and standardize financial and operational data from multiple sources to uncover trends and improve cost efficiency.
  • Build and apply statistical and financial models to identify cost-saving opportunities, utilizing clean sheet and should-cost methodologies.
  • Design reports, reporting tools, and databases to support effective decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Conduct industry benchmarking and supplier assessments to provide fact-based negotiation support and market intelligence.
  • Support cross-functional program management efforts and provide analytical support to multiple team members and business units.

What you’ll need

  • 1+ years of experience in management consulting, analytics, strategy, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data modeling and statistical analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data and present findings clearly to stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a supply chain-related field (preferred).
  • Experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or another highly analytical role (preferred).
  • Exposure to software, mechanical, or electrical engineering concepts (preferred).
  • Strong teamwork, leadership, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Advanced data modeling experience.

Compensation: Our Specialist Procurement Consulting earn between $87,200– $130,800 USD Annual in Dallas, TX. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
