About the Program:

  • A structured 3-year rotational leadership program designed to build future finance leaders

  • Exposure to core finance functions, real business projects, mentorship, and global opportunities

Program Structure:

  • Three 1-year finance rotations

  • Project-based learning with real business impact

  • 1:1 mentorship from senior finance leaders

  • Continuous finance and leadership development

  • Potential 1-year international assignment

Finance Exposure Areas:

  • FP&A, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain / Operations Finance

  • Treasury & Risk Management

  • Tax & Transfer Pricing

  • Internal Audit & Compliance

  • Investor Relations, IT Finance

Your Background:

  • Graduating in 2026

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)

  • Strong finance fundamentals and analytical skills

  • Leadership experience and good communication skills

  • Open to learning and geographic mobility

Location:

  • India (with potential global assignment – USA, Europe, China)
