As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a trusted strategic finance partner to business collaborators across the Europe market. You will demonstrate deep financial expertise to drive performance management, deliver insightful analysis, and support decision-making that accelerates business growth.

Join us in an individual contributor role with high impact and independence, reporting directly to the Market Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role has no direct reports and is designed for professionals who prefer to lead through expertise rather than people management.

  • Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with business unit leaders and regional finance teams to translate strategy into actionable financial plans and forecasts

  • Provide insightful analysis on commercial and financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization

  • Lead the preparation and presentation of strategic business reviews and financial reports to senior management

  • Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning to support agile decision-making

  • Resolve complex financial challenges independently, using data-driven insights to influence outcomes

  • Drive improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting to enhance business partnering effectiveness

  • Act as a key contributor to cross-functional projects, supporting business growth and operational efficiency

  • Mentor and guide junior FP&A team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

  • What We're Looking For- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

  • 10-12 years of dynamic FP&A experience, ideally within a global FMCG or fast-paced commercial environment

  • Proven track record as a strategic finance business partner driving performance improvement and influencing senior partners

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business recommendations

  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis

  • Advanced expertise with financial systems such as SAP, BFC, BW, and reporting tools like Power BI

  • Data analytics approach and digital savvy

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels

  • Leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing finance professionals

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with cross-cultural teams

  • Proficient in English
