As a Specialist, you build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products and services. You're dedicated to selling and delivering a customer service experience that is unlike any other. A Specialist is curious - you ask questions to learn about our customers' needs, customizing recommendations to enrich their lives.

Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.

Personalize solutions based on customer needs, and effectively communicate them.

Be curious and open to learning from others and helping each other grow.

Learn about and deepen your understanding of Apple products and services, and third-party products, to enhance the customer experience.

Be trusted with sensitive or confidential information, keeping with Apple's core values.

Minimum Qualifications:

You should have availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $26.25 and $33.61/hr, and most new hires start at $26.25. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
