Do you have extensive experience partnering with sales leaders across regions, guiding strategic joint planning, and cultivating high-performing geographically distributed content marketing teams known for driving business outcomes?
We're looking for a senior-level marketing leader with proven success building scalable programs tailored for local impact.
As part of the Worldwide Commercial Marketing leadership team and a trusted expert on Apple's advertising solutions, the Strategic Accounts Marketing Lead will bring focus, segment strategy, and executional excellence to deliver impactful marketing programs and content that engage and inspire large advertisers to take action. This person will set the tone for Strategic Accounts segment marketing globally - aligning team goals and objectives with business priorities, while providing motivation, leadership, and expert guidance to empower marketers across AMR, EMEA, APAC, and GCR to do their best work. To succeed, this person will need to thrive in dynamic environments and build productive relationships across extended go-to-market and sales teams. They will play a pivotal role in championing local strategies, driving momentum around global programs, and bringing innovative thinking to engage customers and fuel cross-regional demand. Strong partnership mindset and business instincts, a motivating leadership style, and a focus on continuous improvement will be necessary for success in this role. Travel will be required.

Team culture and skill building
Prioritize unique and shared business opportunities across regions
Help shape and refine locally informed Strategic Accounts marketing plans
Collaborate on cross-segment initiatives, including events
Provide clear and actionable feedback and guidance on project briefs, plans, and final deliverables
Ensure quality and timely delivery of sales enablement materials (e.g. presentations, email templates, customer leave-behinds, joint business plans, tailored messaging, etc.)
Consult on regional tuning of global deliverables
Represent in working groups, commercial councils, and leadership forums
Evaluate and report on marketing impact
Communicate clearly to geographically distributed internal teams, and more.
Preferred Qualifications:
Self-starter who consistently delivers excellent work - balancing strategic oversight with individual contribution
Skilled at contextualizing insights into compelling narratives
Familiarity with various marketing channels, strategies, and tactics
Manages multiple projects, priorities, and overlapping deadlines effectively and with ease
Possess unquestionable personal code of ethics and integrity
Minimum Qualifications:
15+ years of experience working with senior sales executives and teams to develop and activate revenue-driving marketing initiatives
Proven success managing teams of B2B marketers to deliver high-quality output
Strong grasp of market dynamics, as well as cultural and business nuances across AMR, EMEA, APAC, and GCR
Deep understanding of the adtech landscape, performance marketing, and standard business metrics
Extraordinary written and verbal communication
Adept at navigating through ambiguity to move marketing initiatives forward - from business insight to strategy to deliverable to measurement and optimization
Skilled at discussing and debating ideas in a collaborative way, leading through influence and driving focus, and maintaining positive cross-functional relationships as challenges arise
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Pay & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $191,400 and $288,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
