As Content Producer – Publishing, Riftbound, you will report to the Regional Publishing Lead. Your role will involve translating our strategic goals into creative campaigns that surprise and delight our players. Partnering internally and externally across various disciplines, you will ensure a smooth creative production process and assets management process. Your awareness and transparent communication will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our campaign requirements, allowing you to advocate for their needs and ensure they are fulfilled.
Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing content strategies aligned with team goals

Work with publishers or vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of high-quality content; coordinate with publishers or vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of high-quality content

Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to support optimization of future content

Collaborate closely with the team to ensure content supports overall business objectives.

Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publication schedules

Participate in content audits to ensure quality and consistency

Provide day-to-day feedback on the visual design production process and ensure accuracy in deliveries.
Knowledge & Skills
-
Expertise in project and production management, with proven experience in content management and strategy, encompassing all facets of campaign, video, and art production.

Strong attention to detail with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills to evaluate and ensure high standards in content output.

Proficient in managing a high volume of creative and art marketing assets, adept at maintaining consistency and quality across multiple projects

Understanding of the visual design production process.

Highly proficient communication skills and capacity.
Required Qualifications
-
At least 3 years of experience in the relevant fields, with a proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns and managing art assets

Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin.

Basic understanding of advertising, production, and/or project management
-
Passionate or experience in game marketing.
Desired Qualifications
-
Interest or experience in game marketing, card games or TCG preferably
-
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools for delivery validation.

Expertise in project management tools and digital asset management systems.
-
Card game collector/TCG player or fans with strong familiarity of the IP/ community.
Employment Type: employment contract with FESCO Adecco, a professional personnel company in China.
