We are currently seeking a PR Manager for iOS and Partner Communications.

Description:

The PR Manager for iOS and Partner Communications is a multi-faceted role sitting on the broader i Phone PR team, playing a critical role in educating the world about the latest updates in iOS, while stewarding the Apple brand with our global carrier partners.

Working with PR teams in the US and internationally, you will help build and implement global launches and news announcements for iOS and Apple's core apps, support creative events and initiatives that keep iOS top-of-mind, identify and assist in the management of issues in continuous news cycles, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. In partnership with internal teams and carrier partners, you will also develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies that highlight the value of i Phone, Apple Watch, i Pad, and Apple services within a growing ecosystem of carrier services and offerings.

Preferred Qualifications:

Positive team-player who thrives working with others and is excited to represent Apple.

Keen understanding of and passion for the consumer technology space.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to focus, simplify tasks, and manage multiple projects and programs from start to finish under pressure.

Experience with product launches and creative PR campaigns - including social-first campaigns - that drive meaningful impact.

Experience in media relations with a network of media contacts.

Ability to effectively manage relationships and communications strategies with external partners/third parties.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with superb attention to detail.

A self-starter who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities.

Ability to quickly analyze media coverage and sentiment, anticipate potential issues, and apply insights to the team's work.

Effective collaborator who will work cross-functionally across teams and geographies while demonstrating integrity at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years experience in public relations, PR agency or corporate settings.

Experience working with consumer lifestyle media and tech press.

Pay & Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $176,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
