The Real Estate Analyst will be a key contributor within the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team, responsible for running workplace data, developing analytics solutions, and ensuring data consistency across multiple systems.
This is a data‑focused role supporting global CRE operations.
Prior real estate experience is not required; the ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, technical curiosity, and a passion for improving data processes.
This role will work closely with global partners and collaborate daily with team members in both Poland and the United States.

What the day will look like Power BI Reporting & Data Management Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for CRE leadership and stakeholders.
Manage underlying datasets, ensure data refreshes, and fix data errors.
Support continuous improvement of reporting and data visualization standards.
Data Governance Manage Service Now tickets related to data changes or updates.
Validate and ensure accuracy of submitted data changes.
Maintain consistency of data across multiple systems and CRE platforms.
Supervise data integrity and call out discrepancies proactively.
Automation & Process Optimization Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline CRE data processes.
Identify opportunities to automate recurring tasks and improve efficiency across teams.
Support development of new digital tools and back‑end data solutions.
Workplace Data Organization Organize and maintain global CRE workplace data repositories.
Oversee Share Point storage, structure, and user access.
Develop data classification standards and naming conventions.
Perform manual data reviews and counts as needed to ensure accuracy.
Stakeholder Communication & Cross‑Functional Collaboration Act as a point of contact for CRE‑related data for multiple global support groups, including: Finance, Controllership, Business Asset, GSM GEOC, Security, Workday HR Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders to correct missing or inaccurate data.
Translate technical or incomplete information into meaningful, actionable insights.
Support the broader CRE team with regular updates, questions, and ad‑hoc requests.
