At Amgen, we are seeking a Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative (temporary employment, Dalmatia region: Split, Dubrovnik) who will strengthen our market impact and deliver added value to our customers and patients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Achieving and exceeding promotional targets.
• Developing and executing territory plans in line with marketing strategy.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Leveraging digital tools and channels (CRM) to monitor and enhance performance.
• Proactively responding to market opportunities and competitive challenges.

What we expect from you:

• 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a promotional role.
• Solid knowledge of the hospital environment.
• Successful completion of the Amgen Onboarding Program.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in both English and the local language.
