How will you make an impact in this role?

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the operational environment for Spain Benefits. 

The role focuses on managing the day-to-day operations of the Spain benefits portfolio while partnering closely with the Colleague Total Rewards and Well-Being (CTRW) strategy team to implement the integrated benefits strategy. 

This position requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Implementation
    • Support the implementation of new benefits and changes to existing programs in alignment with the Spain integrated benefits strategy
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant delivery
  • Data Analysis & Process Improvement
    • Use advanced Excel skills to analyze data flows, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for process optimization
    • Partner with vendors and internal teams to enhance efficiency and improve the colleague experience across benefits platforms (e.g., FYB Flex, Meal Vouchers, Healthy Living, Insurances, Company Cars)
  • Business-as-Usual Administration
    • Manage day-to-day operational processes to guarantee a seamless colleague experience across all benefit plans
    • Maintain accurate and compliant online benefit content
    • Monitor benefit-related queries and resolve escalations promptly
    • Ensure adherence to Spain’s regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Vendor Management
    • Collaborate with CTRW and Strategic Vendor Management teams to support governance reviews and maintain strong vendor relationships

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to manage complex data sets and processes
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Experience in Spain benefits regulations and compliance is an advantage
  • Project management experience with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing needs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with vendor governance and onboarding/offboarding processes
