We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive graduate trainees to join our dynamic team.
You will develop professional skills that will contribute to your career growth. Graduate trainees will be involved in various tasks and projects, offering them the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals. THE PERSON:
You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review Marketing Funding Program documents and ensure Purchase Orders are created incompliance with Company guidelines
-
Track Purchase Orders and claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies
-
Process claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies
-
Perform monnthly and quarterly accruals and reconciliation
-
Work with various Business Units and Finance team across the regions
-
Identify and implement improvements to business processes
-
Assume full ownership on ad hoc projects, reports and analyses as required
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- A proactive attitute and willingness to learn
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Recent graduate from a recognized institution in a related field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, IT etc.)
LOCATION: Cyberjaya, Selangor
