The Business Development Manager will lead the growth, performance, and operational excellence of Amazon’s Hub Delivery program across regions in Brazil. Managing a team of Channel Team Leads (CTLs), this leader drives network expansion, ensures delivery quality, and develops high-performing field teams. The role blends strategic planning with selective hands-on support to accelerate launches, resolve escalations, and maintain Amazon’s high standards.

  • Key job responsibilities

  • Lead and develop CTLs, ensuring strong team performance, coaching, and capability building.

  • Own multi-region acquisition and expansion strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and high-quality onboarding.

  • Drive operational performance, maintaining delivery success metrics of 98.5%+ across all regions.

  • Dive deep into data to identify root causes, performance risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Serve as senior escalation point for complex onboarding, partner performance, and operational blockers.

  • Partner with Delivery Stations, Program, and Product teams to improve tools, processes, and partner experience.

  • Represent the region in business reviews, providing insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in senior level leadership support, or experience at Amazon
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
