Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Marketing Operations intern for the GCR Marketing organization. This role will support business planning, reporting, analysis and operations for GCR Marketing. You will be responsible for designing and managing the reporting, work closely with the GCR Marketing, and the global team to establish report structure, drive operational cadence and process improvement, and deliver analytical insights.
This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, outstanding business acumen, and exceptional written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate will be data-driven and has an understanding of Marketing KPIs and go-to-market channels. The candidate will be adept at building models, reports and tools with a deep understanding of the underlying analytics, and the ability to assimilate new methodologies and data sources. The individual will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, possesses strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Key job responsibilities
- Work with the GCR Marketing and Global Lead Management teams to manage and optimize the reporting structure.
- Recommend metrics and build reports in Salesforce or Tableau to quantify business impact from GCR Marketing activities.
- Build enablement capabilities and drive data adoption.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports, trends and insights.
- Prepare regular business reviews within GCR Marketing and contribute actively in global reviews.
Basic Qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Mandarin
- Currently enrolled in a pre-final year of Bachelors or above degree in Computer science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics related major.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel, Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) and Salesforce
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
