Shopbop is looking for a results-oriented buyer for the Mens Category. The buyer will have a deep understanding of the business’ and vendors' needs and can profitably translate those needs into the right category strategy for the SB customer. This individual will also have applicable experience in assortment planning, in-season management, vendor negotiations, and co-op management.

The successful candidate will be a high-energy self-starter with strong business judgment, acute analytical skills, compelling presentation skills, strong relationships in the Mens market segment, and will have the demonstrated ability to use creative thinking and innovation to solve complex problems. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and will have a track record of successful negotiation and overall relationship building and management. Proven leadership and project management skills are a must.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years in Buying, Planning or other related Merchandising roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an industry role
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data
• Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
• Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
