Technical Operations

Drive network excellence through advanced engineering, infrastructure management, and systems administration

Maintain critical systems uptime and performance during operational hours

Execute local technical projects from conception to completion

Problem-Solving & Process Improvement

Conduct root cause analysis to resolve operational challenges

Design and implement efficient IT solutions and processes

Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard procedures

Customer Support & Collaboration
-
Partner with leadership and teams to enhance IT infrastructure

Provide expert technical support across multiple facilities
-
Deliver remote assistance to distributed teams
-
Travel within region to support on-site needs as required
This position combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic problem-solving to ensure seamless operations across our network of facilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering innovative IT solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
- 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
- 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
- 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of computer networking experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or equivalent
