We are looking for one passionate candidate who can join us and utilize the powerful technology systems to adapt to business requirements and improve customer experience, the major focus of the candidate would be:
- Manage transportation resources in Amazon logistics systems following strict configuration change processes.
- Coordinate the interaction between transportation business and local/global tech teams.
- Streamline the process of system changes and document & optimize the internal working process.
- Manage team internal projects such as process optimization, customer experience improvement and business partner training.
- Troubleshoot system issues reported by business and respond to questions from various teams.
- Consolidate the data from multiple data sources to generate weekly metrics, forecasting and daily reports to support business.
Basic Qualifications
- Are enrolled in or have completed a Undergraduate degree
- Able to work 4+ (inclusive) days per week throughout the internship
- CET-6 550+. Good at English communication, outstanding in reading and writing
- Excellent in Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
