As Account Manager for Amazon Pickup & Return Points (PARP), you will own and expand our alternative delivery network across major retail, property management, and transportation partners. You'll drive executive-level partnerships that directly impact millions of customers' delivery experiences while shaping the strategic growth of our pickup network across your France.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Own executive-level relationships with C-level stakeholders across partner organizations
  • Lead contract negotiations including commercial terms and service level agreements
  • Conduct market analysis and forecasting to inform network expansion strategy
  • Drive network development, optimization, and performance reviews across all pickup locations
  • Work cross-functionally with Tech Ops, Accounting, Marketing, Legal, and Product Management teams
    A day in the life
    You'll spend your time building and maintaining relationships with C-level stakeholders at partner organizations, leading complex contract negotiations that balance commercial terms with operational excellence. Your day involves analyzing market data to identify expansion opportunities, conducting performance reviews with existing partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams from Tech Ops to Legal to launch new locations. You'll also work directly with partners on marketing campaigns that drive customer awareness and usage of pickup points.

    The PARP team is building the future of flexible delivery options for Amazon customers. We work at the intersection of logistics innovation and partnership development, collaborating with some of the largest retail and property management companies to create convenient pickup and return solutions. Our team values data-driven decision making, customer obsession, and the ability to think big while executing with precision. You'll work alongside product managers, operations specialists, and marketing teams who are all focused on scaling this growing network.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or project management
  • Fluency in French and English (written and verbal communication)
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and contract negotiations
  • Experience with data analysis and using metrics to drive business decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT/Network roll-outs or similar infrastructure projects
  • Experience working with retail, property management, or transportation sector partners
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects from conception to launch
  • Track record of delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints
  • Experience with offline marketing and advertising campaigns
