With Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), any merchant can send inventory directly to Amazon, where it is stored and managed in our modern, secured facilities. Merchants may list items for sale on Amazon or use other sales channels such as their own website or third party shopping/auction websites. When orders are received, Amazon will professionally pick, pack and ship the product direct to a merchant’s customer. In addition, Amazon takes full responsibility for servicing merchant’s customers and handles all customer returns as required, thus offering end-to-end fulfillment and customer service experience.

In this team you’ll be supporting Merchants with reimbursement related questions. This is a chance to have a direct impact on their experience, by ensuring consistent and fair evaluation of their enquiries.

Base pay for this position starts from EUR 1350 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements. There will be further pay components such as annual and attendance bonus. Dependent on the position offered, company benefits apply subject to further terms, including annual membership in medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, meal voucher card, career development.

Key job responsibilities
Core responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting investigations into reimbursement requests, making well-informed decisions based on established guidelines and thorough data analysis. By leveraging operational tools, you will dive deep into each case, managing the end-to-end process with precision and expertise.
  • Communicating with internal and external teams, supported by your data analysis and critical thinking.
  • Taking judgement calls and escalating actions as needed when cases deviate from standard processes. In doing so, you will have the opportunity to identify areas for improvement across our workflows and tools.

Basic Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English (C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc).
  • Experience in a production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Bachelor degree preferred, ideally in one of the following fields: Information Science / Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration / Management, Communication, Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
  • Working experience in online retail operations or other Internet application fields.
  • Experience in problem solving, including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns.
  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving productivity and quality targets.
