You'll lead project execution, assess risks proactively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including finance, central operations, technology, legal, and program management—to drive delivery strategy from conception to execution. Your hands-on leadership will coordinate field partners and execution teams to continuously improve delivery quality and customer experience.

  A day in the life
  This candidate will be responsible for all operational execution metrics (Click-To-Delivery, Deliveries on Time %, Dark Stores perfect score, etc.) working closely with the 3rd party organization. The candidate will lead WBRs with the 3rd party organization and will trigger continuous improvement for key metrics.
  The candidate will also work on the long-term strategy for MX quick commerce by exploring opportunities for coverage expansion. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze network performance, develop optimization models, and implement strategic improvements. You'll use data-driven insights to balance customer needs, operational efficiency, and growth opportunities while contributing to the evolution of our delivery capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
