The Regional Learning Manager, will be an active member of the entire South region and will lead the coordination and execution of Associate training and Ops leadership on boarding/development activities. Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate a true hands-on approach, a data-driven, analytical mindset, an understanding of instructional design practices, and knowledge of logistics/ distribution operations. Ability to influence without authority and effective presentation & persuasion skills are a must as this role. Regional Learning Manager will: 1. Implement network standard training programs for associates, managers, trainers and others (i.e. participating in and conducting training needs analysis, skill development classes, cross-training, manager technical training, etc.) 2. Manage trainer’s deployment, development and productivity 3. Partner with operations leaders across all areas to identify training needs and schedule training events to meet production forecasts and labor gaps 4. Act as a proactive and productive liaison/partner with internal customers and the Operations team by consistently seeking to make a positive impact on key business safety, quality, productivity and customer experience metrics. 5. Manage and customize training content to meet regional needs and track compliance for training completion 6. Analyze and understand data to suggest improvements for training and operations 7.Drive a continuous improvement culture by coordinating and facilitating activities in partnership with operations leaders

Key job responsibilities

  • Key job responsibilities a) Associate Onboarding & Learning: FC •Consolidate new joiner list in partnership with HR across network •Monitor assigning of onboarding courses in accordance to AA type (ALFA/FT/PT) •Track AA LBD completion with Trainer & Training Warrior.
  • Analyze Induction & LBD defects •Daily LC monitoring & actioning as per report •ALFA time utilization Analysis & reporting to maximize productivity •Communicate actions to operations & drive corrective behaviors basis LC monitoring •Adherence to GLA Onboarding Process.
  • Monitor Weekly Onboarding Compliance •Monitor Learning Ambassador certification b)Refresher Training: 1:1s with business stakeholders •Identify the on-demand refresher training topics •Ensure content creation in regional language with support from content designer •Refresher course progress analysis & tracking actionable •Alignment with AM/ TW for Training execution c)Productivity Enhancement: OPLs,222 Coaching & Learning Index Audit Compliance •Identify bottom performers for sites basis Daily Productivity Report •Analyze, Identify OPL topics & support in content development •Monitor Productivity Report to oversee 222 & OPL effectiveness & drive operations actions •Follow up with TW Training Feedback, Coverage & Assessment Report d)Peak Initiatives :Cross Training of ALFA associates •Request intake (Safety/SLP/Food Safety) •Annual knowledge League • Drive adoption& compliance • Individual Project work

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of voice and accent training experience
  • Experience managing training programs
  • Experience managing projects
  • Experience managing teams

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
