We are looking for a Board Product Engineering Manager, this is a role with more focus on engineering aspects, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of NPI (New Product Introduction) PE engineers focusing on deep level system and board failure, yield improvement, issue driving and product management. You will work closely with the engineering team and production team to ensure the quality alignment and integration of the product. Your strong technical background, excellent communication skills, NPI/MP knowledge and experience in supporting the fast-growing NV product engineering and manufacturing over worldwide CMs, are essential as you will be leading products improvement initiatives and programs.
What you’ll be doing:

Manage and supervise Board PE team focusing on system and board level failure analysis, provide guidance, feedback, and coaching.

Manage product yield , drive and ensure product engineering implementation, maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new and existing products,

product change control and build management, product failure debug resolution over TOP issues.

Define and supervise board products’ quality and yield goals, and take corrective actions if needed, work with hard design, validation, software and product engineers to characterize product, address bugs, improve product quality.

Product representative to internal teams, supporting activities for product requirements.
What we need to see:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields or equivalent experience.

8 years of engineering experience on data center or server system related products.
-
3 years of experience in people management or project management.

Strong knowledge of failure analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies.
-
Data analysis skills with Python, JMP or similar tools are a plus.

Experience with board design/manufacturing/analyze
-
Highly results oriented, problem solver and excellent team-mate.

Knowledge of interpersonal structure, workflow, and operating procedures.
-
Ability to work in cross-site and cross-cultural environment.

Database, C/C, Python abilities

Good sense of cost, effective, capacity and revenue.
