This role owns the end-to-end customer engagement strategy for Amazon Business, with a clear mandate to drive faster onboarding, deeper feature adoption, and sustained spend growth. The Product Marketing Manager operates at the intersection of product, marketing, and technology, turning customer insights into scalable engagement programs and influencing product and tech decisions to ensure the right experiences are built for customers at every stage of their lifecycle.
A successful candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator, comfortable setting direction while diving deep into execution and data. They are a strong cross-functional leader who can influence without authority, translate ambiguity into clear plans, and consistently anchor decisions on customer impact and measurable outcomes.

- Define and execute customer engagement and lifecycle marketing strategies across onboarding, adoption, and growth
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Tech, UX, Analytics, and Sales
- Shape product and tech roadmaps by representing customer needs and marketing requirements
- Develop clear value propositions and in-product and outbound marketing experiences
- Own metrics, experimentation, and continuous optimization of customer impact
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
