• Key job responsibilities

• Come up with disruptive ideas to improve the driver, customer experience and business metrics through data analysis

• Lead end-to-end pilot, expansion, and launch of new technology programs across the Japan Last Mile network

• Partner with product and technology organization overseas and identify effective solutions

• Use data and operational insights to evaluate pilot performance, validate outcomes, and inform launch strategy

• Travel approx. 10% to delivery stations across Japan required

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree, or MBA
• Experience leading process improvements
• Experience defining and executing program requirements
• Fluent Japanese Language Ability
