We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Salesforce Engineer to join our team at Last Mile DSP Tech. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community. In this role, you will design solutions using a blend of out-of-the-box and custom development, mentor team members in their development journey, and provide guidance and examples as needed. You will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in architecting and developing complex Salesforce solutions, with a thorough understanding of best practices and industry standards.

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations.
• Collaborate with product managers and program teams to deliver customized solutions that meet business requirements, enhance user experience, and generate tangible business value.
• Engage in planning and analyzing requirements for system enhancements, translating them into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform and products effectively.
• Design scalable and efficient solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
• Support system integrations across the native Salesforce ecosystem, backend services, and AWS technologies.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of learning and growth within the organization.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
• Experience with Linux/Unix
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with distributed systems at scale
