Amazon Transportation is looking for a Learning Performance Coordinator to support the Learning team in building data-driven solutions that enhance operational performance and training effectiveness across the delivery network.

As Learning Performance Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards and data visualization solutions that support the Learning team and internal stakeholders in tracking key performance indicators. You will leverage AI and Machine Learning tools to design innovative solutions that drive efficiency and impact across learning initiatives. In this role, you will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, enabling strategic decision-making and continuous improvement within the organization.

Key job responsibilities
Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualization solutions to support the Learning team and internal stakeholders.
Apply AI and Machine Learning tools to build innovative, data-driven solutions.
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
Partner with Learning managers and coordinators to identify data needs and deliver scalable analytical solutions.
Monitor and manage performance indicators, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and relevance across reporting tools.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or Bachelor's degree and data scientist experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with machine learning (ML) tools and methods
• Knowledge of statistical modeling
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
• Knowledge of database query technologies (SQL)
• Experience utilizing R or Python
