Our Campus Recruiting team is responsible for attracting the future leaders of Amazon from top universities and campuses. We are seeking a talented and committed Full Lifecycle Recruiter to play a critical role in managing and expanding our campus recruiting efforts.

Key job responsibilities
Responsible for full-lifecycle recruitment of students and early career talent.
・Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
・Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
・Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning current processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
・Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
・Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification and Amazon’s Leadership Principles. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
・Responsible for developing strong working relationships with all key hiring managers and working closely with them to ensure hiring needs are met for their groups
・Create innovative plans to attract qualified candidates for open roles and monitor new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruitment at Amazon
Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years of professional work experience in a customer facing role

- Business level fluency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal format)

- Experience in using data and metrics to drive innovation to address challenges and mitigate risks effectively.

- Proven ability to prioritize work, manage complex tasks, and demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
- 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
- Familiarity with Campus (early-careers) Recruitment and market best practices in Japan
