Amazon Web Services Infrastructure Services team provides comprehensive technical support throughout the design, planning, delivery, and operation of Amazon Web Services infrastructure. We support data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure the customers of Amazon Web Services have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We're seeking a Logistics Technical Support Specialist to join the Amazon Web Services China Infrastructure team. In this role, you'll provide support and expertise for logistics operations in data centers under Amazon Web Services China Regions.

• Key job responsibilities
• Provide technical support for receiving, stowing, picking, packaging, and shipping processes
• Support inventory accuracy maintenance and availability monitoring
• Coordinate with operating partners, internal stakeholders, vendors, and procurement teams to help optimize inventory levels
• Provide technical guidance for storage facility management and administration

Basic Qualifications

• Experience as a logistics professional supporting inventory cycle counts, shipments, maintenance, stock control functions and reverse logistics
