Join the Music Design Operations team at Amazon Music as a Digital Asset Librarian and help ensure that Design and Creative professionals can find, trust, and work with the digital assets they need every day. You'll support the content governance and metadata stewardship of our Adobe Experience Manager DAM, maintaining the taxonomy frameworks, quality standards, and organizational structures that make our asset library a reliable, well-governed resource for every team member who depends on it.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Support the content governance and metadata stewardship of our Adobe Experience Manager Assets platform, ensuring assets are accurately described, categorized, and easy to find
  • Maintain and apply metadata schemas, taxonomy standards, and controlled vocabularies under the guidance of Design Operations leadership
  • Conduct ongoing content audits and quality control reviews to keep the asset library clean, well-structured, and consistently organized
  • Assist with asset ingestion workflows, ensuring new content meets established governance and quality requirements
  • Document metadata standards, naming conventions, and classification frameworks to support team knowledge sharing and governance
  • Gather and document user feedback and common issues to inform ongoing improvements to content organization and discoverability
  • Coordinate with Design Operations leadership and technical partners to support platform enhancements and content migration initiatives
  • Assist in requirements gathering and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and system enhancements

A day in the life
You'll work closely with Design Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to keep our digital asset library well-organized, accurately tagged, and easy to navigate. Your days will include a mix of content auditing, metadata application, documentation, and cross-functional coordination — making sure Design and Creative team members can find the right assets quickly and confidently.

You're a detail-oriented self-starter who is comfortable managing large volumes of content and following through on every task with care and consistency. You're organized, methodical, and proactive, you notice when content quality slips and take steps to address it before it becomes a problem.
