WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:
You will report into the Senior Manager, Brand Creative for LATAM, working closely with the Geography Brand Creative Network, and collaborating with global counterparts across Nike’s Brand Design and Retail organizations. You will partner with agency teams to deliver best-in-class work and manage agency partnerships and professional services aligned with the scope of local projects.
You will collaborate with Brand Marketing, APLA geography partners, Global Brand Marketing teams, and cross-functional groups including:

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Nike LATAM is seeking a visionary and strategic Lead, Brand Creative Retail Design to shape the future of immersive brand experiences, activations, and innovative retail environments in Latin America. This role demands passion for sports and a creative problem solver who thrives at the intersection of brand, culture, and commerce, and who can translate Nike’s global design ethos into locally resonant consumer experiences.
You are a multidisciplinary designer and team leader with a deep understanding of architecture, brand environments, materials, and retail storytelling. You bring a strong design background supported by a relevant Bachelor’s degree (architecture, graphic, industrial, or environmental design) and a portfolio that demonstrates excellence across immersive retail experiences, spatial design, brand activations, events, and storytelling. You have strong visual and verbal communication skills in English and territory languages, and a deep understanding of LATAM culture, consumer behavior, and retail landscape.
You bring 6+ years of experience in retail design, brand environments, or experiential marketing, with expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and 3D software. You are known for collaborating effectively across internal and external teams, managing complex projects end-to-end, and delivering high-quality work within tight timelines and budgets. Your passion for sport, youth culture, innovation, and brand storytelling fuels your ability to mentor creative talent and drive operational excellence.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

Lead the creative strategy and execution to deliver exceptional design and innovation across seasonal retail, live events, brand activations, and pop-ups.

Translate global brand standards into locally relevant experiences, ensuring cultural nuance and consumer resonance.

Develop 2D and 3D presentation materials to communicate design concepts across leadership levels and cross-functional teams.

Partner with Store Development, Retail Brand, Brand Design, Digital, and Comms teams to ensure feasibility and excellence in execution.

Drive design innovation through exploration of materiality, spatial design, proportion, and consumer journey.

Champion immersive storytelling, integrating physical and digital touchpoints to elevate the retail and brand experience.

Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and architectural firms to bring concepts to life.

Foster a culture of bold thinking, collaboration, and continuous learning, leveraging your experience managing complex creative programs and budgets.

Stay ahead of design trends, consumer behaviors, and retail innovations to inform future strategies.

Travel domestically and internationally (5–15%) to support execution and alignment.
