Support input forecasting using trend analysis and statistical modeling to enable data-driven decision-making.
Own production planning, cost optimization, and service optimization for the SEU region and potentially the broader EU network.

Collaborate cross-functionally with FC Operations leadership, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Software Development teams.
Participate in global operational and production planning initiatives and support project rollouts aligned with business growth.
Drive process improvements and standardization across planning workflows and network sites.

Basic Qualifications:

Strong analytical background with experience in data analysis and operational planning.
Experience using data to support forecasting, planning, and business decision-making.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various leadership levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in production planning, workforce planning, supply chain, or operations analytics.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or other analytical and visualization tools.
Experience working in a fast-paced, large-scale operational environment.
