Job Description

The Claims Customer Service Representative is a customer service professional in a fast-paced call center environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for inbound calls from car dealerships and service centers, assisting with the intake, review, and adjudication of automotive claims in line with contract guidelines.
This role supports timely and accurate claim handling while delivering excellent customer service and helping ensure efficient claim resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound claims calls from dealerships and service centers

  • Review and process automotive claims

  • Approve claims and provide payment authorizations to repair facilities

  • Accurately document claim details in internal systems

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Claims experience and basic automotive knowledge are a plus

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask in a high call-volume environment

  • Comfort working with multiple monitors and systems

Job Requirements & Schedule:

  • Training Schedule: 5:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

  • Work Schedule (flexibility required):Availability: Monday to Friday starting at 5:00 a.m., and a short shift on Saturday.
    Fixed schedule will be assigned after training.

Work Location

  • On-site and eligible for work-from-home after 4 months, based on performance and readiness.
