The Opportunity
Allegro is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Production Supervisor to lead one of our manufacturing shifts. In this critical leadership role, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all activities from the front of the line to the end of the line. This is an exceptional opportunity for an engineering professional to guide a dedicated team of operators, drive production efficiency, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact our success. What You Will Do

Lead & Organize Shift Operations: Plan and organize all shift operations from front-of-line to end-of-line, based on schedules provided by the Production Control team. You will schedule the loading of devices, update production status to track priorities, and ensure timely completion of lots.

Manage & Develop Your Team: Strategically distribute and allocate manpower to optimize production rates, control labor costs, and meet cycle time targets. You will be responsible for operator timekeeping, attendance, and performance tracking (OPTS), as well as appraising performance and recommending status changes. A key part of your role will be to train, develop, and motivate your team, fostering flexibility and ensuring they are certified for their roles.

Drive Quality & Process Excellence: Ensure all operators are strictly following standard operating procedures by conducting regular line and documentation audits. You will champion the 5S system and housekeeping controls, and disseminate corrective actions and process changes to your team.

Analyze & Report Performance: Fill out daily production reports and analyze WIP (Work-In-Progress) spreadsheets to monitor progress. You will prepare weekly manpower reports and ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.

Collaborate for Success: Interact daily with support departments (like Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality) to prevent potential process problems and correct any abnormalities. You will coordinate equipment endorsement schedules for preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Champion Continuous Improvement: Initiate new systems, methodologies, and services for continuous line improvement. You will lead monthly dialogues with your operators to discuss line problems, improvements, and other work-related issues.
What Will You Bring

An Engineering graduate degree.

Knowledge of material transactions in ERMS and CAMSTAR.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The ability to interpret scheduled loadings and analyze WIP spreadsheets.

Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
