Job Description:

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Lab Test Means Product Owner (m/f) to manage the development of our new software tool suites used on our test rigs within the Airbus Flight and Integration Test Centre.

Your future role:

As a Product Owner, you will develop and maintain software tools in a Product Line approach, pulling up our ability to prepare the new test means at all sites in Europe, with more automated, generic and scalable solutions. You will be responsible for:

  • Lead the development, bug fixing and evolutions of various Lab Test Means software tool suites related to key features for Lab Test Means such as test automation, remote testing or air traffic management testing

  • Collaborate with development teams, architects and business focal points to ensure technical alignment and software maturity.

  • Manage deliverables, planning, costs, quality, risks and opportunities

  • Place orders and perform good receipts for subcontracted activities.

Some travels each year shall be considered, especially to other test premises in Europe.

Your boarding pass:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in software tools development, justifying a seniority of 8 years as a Product Owner, Architect or Technical Project Manager

  • Good knowledge of usual programming languages (C,C, Python, Web, scripting such as TCL)

  • Good knowledge in IT infrastructure security (network, firewall, cyber-security rules)

  • Good management skills

  • Experience in testing environment would be appreciated

  • English and French : fluent

This position is based in toulouse:
