Job Description:

La principal responsabilidad de este departamento engloba todos los servicios necesarios para llevar a cabo la implementación, operación y soporte de nuestras soluciones de comunicación y colaboración segura, con foco en garantizar un alto nivel de servicio y la satisfacción del cliente.

Algunas de las tareas que realizan los miembros del departamento son:

• Análisis de requisitos y necesidades de clientes, tanto internos como externos.

• Implementación de sistemas de comunicación y colaboración sobre 3GPP, TETRA y TETRAPOL.

• Integración y validación de aplicaciones 3GPP sobre terminales

• Dimensionamiento, configuración y preparación de dispositivos y terminales.

• Soporte técnico a usuarios y apoyo logístico integrado a proyectos.
