Job Description:

As R&D J&T engineer at Airbus Illescas site, your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Within the frame of CAPTURE projext, integrate mature industrial technologies in link with R&D. Collaborate with R&D to integrate requirements and consolidate Airbus Industrial Vision.

• Design, test and industrialization of future tooling concept for future Airbus programs,

• Explore the J&T market to find latest technologies or even propose new ones to meet Airbus goals in terms of efficiency, capacity, H&S and quality for future programs

• Support Finance activities to elaborate the Cap Ex and/or Op Ex dossier.

• Contribute to the purchasing phases of the Jigs and Tools assets.

• Ensure the provided solution is fully integrated within the industrial system through a robust acceptance process set on defined Key Performance Indicators.

• Provide J&T solutions based on 3D printing

• Support root cause analysis of Non Conformities and improvement projects. Deliver technical disposition to fix J&T on time and quiality

Required Skills:

• Manufacturing technologies of aerostructures in composites, 3 year experience required at least

• Design and deliver tooling for composites materials, 3 year experience required at least

• Tooling for aircraft component assembly will be valued

• Design capabilities in CATIA V5. More than 3 year experience required at least. 3DExperience knowledge will be valued

• Fluent English written and spoken is a must

• Project management with external providers. More than 3 years experience is required
