Job Summary:
The Human Resources Analyst (Talent & Development) will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent management and development programs at AIRBUS HELICOPTERS MEXICO, S.A. de C.V. This role focuses on optimizing employee potential and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules for various levels of employees.
- Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
- Contribute to the identification of training needs through skill gap analysis and organizational assessments.
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and other talent development platforms.
- Assist in the development and tracking of key talent metrics and reporting on program effectiveness.
- Support succession planning initiatives by assisting in identifying high-potential employees and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and line managers to understand talent development requirements.
- Research and recommend best practices in talent management, learning, and development.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation related to talent and development initiatives.
- Participate in employee engagement surveys and analyze results to inform development strategies.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent development, training, or organizational development.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

El/La Analista de Recursos Humanos (Talento y Desarrollo) desempeñará un papel clave en el diseño, la implementación y la evaluación de programas de gestión y desarrollo del talento en AIRBUS HELICOPTERS MEXICO, S.A. de C.V. Este puesto se centra en optimizar el potencial de los empleados y asegurar su alineación con los objetivos organizacionales.
Responsabilidades del puesto

Colaborar en el desarrollo y la ejecución de programas de capacitación, talleres y módulos de e-learning para empleados de diferentes niveles.

Apoyar el ciclo de gestión del desempeño, incluyendo el establecimiento de objetivos, las evaluaciones de desempeño y los procesos de retroalimentación.

Contribuir a la identificación de necesidades de capacitación mediante análisis de brechas de habilidades y evaluaciones organizacionales.

Administrar y mantener el Sistema de Gestión del Aprendizaje (LMS) y otras plataformas de desarrollo del talento.

Colaborar en el desarrollo y seguimiento de indicadores clave de talento e informar sobre la efectividad del programa.

Apoyar las iniciativas de planificación de sucesión ayudando a identificar empleados con alto potencial y oportunidades de desarrollo.
-
Colaborar con los socios de negocio de RR. HH. y los gerentes de línea para comprender los requisitos de desarrollo del talento.

Investigar y recomendar las mejores prácticas en gestión del talento, aprendizaje y desarrollo.

Preparar presentaciones, informes y otra documentación relacionada con iniciativas de talento y desarrollo.

Participar en encuestas de compromiso de los empleados y analizar los resultados para fundamentar las estrategias de desarrollo.
Requisitos del puesto:

Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Psicología o un campo relacionado.

De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos, con especialización en desarrollo del talento, capacitación o desarrollo organizacional.

Sólido conocimiento de los principios y prácticas de gestión del talento.
-
Dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
-
Se valorará la experiencia con Sistemas de Gestión del Aprendizaje (LMS).
-
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en español e inglés.
-
Sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
-
Persona detallista con excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.
-
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo en un entorno dinámico.
-
Capacidad demostrada para mantener la confidencialidad y manejar información sensible.
