About the Role

Executive Assistant trainee to the Head of Operations and Head of Plant in Albacete

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Support the Head of Operations to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows.
  • Drumbeat milestones/commitments to ensure resolution on time.
  • Coordination with Executive Assistants across the organization in Airbus Spain and Airbus Helicopters to anticipate and follow up actions.
  • Prepare presentations to manage communication of key topics with several stakeholders, from Blue Collars to Executive management.
  • Contribute to manage agenda and prioritize the Head of Ops and Plant emails.
  • Support to organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
  • Collaborate in coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Support Operations team at AHE on general administration and logistics arrangements.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
  • English & French.
